The story is about a wandering artist, an accordionist, who suffers from not being noticed and is cured by a city elf, a true heart lost in the city. I believe only a true heart can help the person who is lost in the huge city when chasing his dream, but the heart itself could be easily lost and could be in need of a little help as well. All the true hearts in the city are city elves, and they vitalize the whole city.
